We are looking for a talented Branch Administrator to support our Port Hedland branch. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a background in Administration, within the automotive, mining or transport industry and be a versatile team player that enjoys a busy role with lots of variety.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management and safety compliance admin

  • Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and entry of data

  • Entry and control of Technician mobilisation

  • Arrange training and keep accurate records for Technicians

  • Utilise your strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive

  • Arranging travel and accommodation for Technicians

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation

  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your work

  • Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint, and the ability to learn new systems

  • Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
