We are looking for a talented Program Coordinator to join our team for our location in West Sacramento, CA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team to gather content for the Government contract projects, draft monthly/Quarterly reports.

  • Assist with budget forecast planning and gather invoices, submit reimbursement forms.

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, and follow up/ remind on milestones.

  • Manage Program Office database, including vehicle management, Contracts/Agreements, key supply chain invoices etc.

  • Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty under the supervision of a project manager. Develops skills to manage small portions of well defined projects.

  • Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

  • Serves as a support resource on projects and work assignments; developing basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.

  • Assists in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues while developing skills to do this independently.

  • Helps to monitor and communicate project status to project team while developing skills to do this independently.

  • Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines.

  • Assists with managing project risk; developing how to use quality tools to identify areas of risk.

  • Supports documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams; uses lessons learned from other sources to enhance the success of the project.

  • Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • College or equivalent degree preferred.

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

  • Previous Project Coordinator experience

  • Previous experience working with Government Projects

  • Ability to gather information

  • Ability to coordinate with a team

  • Must be willing to work shift - 1st Shift, M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM.

  • Pay starting at $31.25/HR.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
