We are looking for talented Mechanical and Electrical Vehicle Integration Technicians to join our team for our location in West Sacramento, CA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment completing work with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.

  • Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.

  • Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

  • Install hybrid and electric vehicle components to manufacturing and engineering specifications.

  • Perform light fabrication and modification of components.

  • Assist with maintaining and/or establishing HSE procedures within the facility

  • Run test procedures on vehicles and record data per engineering and manufacturing requirements

  • Maintain facility equipment and vehicles

  • Automotive ASE certification

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • You must be able to work 1st shift (M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM)

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge (2 - 4 years) obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

  • Electrical Candidates - High Voltage Training preferred

  • Mechanical Candidates - Previous Fabrication experience preferred

  • Able to pass Preemployment screening

  • Earn $56,000 per year, based on experience

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
