We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our Cummins Wodonga Service team . Based at our Wodonga branch , this position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for providing support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers, seeking information through various mediums and is responsible for invoicing.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Document customer inquiry information within appropriate Cummins systems.
Provide prompt assistance to customers through various media.
Resolve customer issues through a broad understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
Escalate complex issues by providing documentation through the process.
Provides feedback to support improvement projects intended to improve customer experiences and organizational goals.
Provides suggestions on how the existing processes can be made more customer-centric or efficient.
Understands existing and new Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
Monitoring of Technician and remote equipment and escalation if required
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires significant previous relevant work experience; prior technical experience and/ or customer service experience is preferred.
Someone who has heavy industry experience is highly desirable
Mechanical Trade Qualification or equivalent University is desirable.
Participate in communication and consultation processes, training and instruction, and the development and maintenance of a safe working environment including remote monitoring of technician safety
World class interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to build relationships that foster credibility, trust and cooperation
Superior customer service skills and experience with an ability to manage complex stakeholders, keeping people informed and up to date
Advance computer skills
